UCR encourages low and moderate-Income families living in our affordable rental properties and transition themselves into being responsible homeowners.

UCR believes in self-determination and success by providing training and education to assist with the understanding Cancer, HIV/AIDS, Substance Abuse, Mental Illness, etc. Our Cancer Respite Center will educate, empower, and comfort our guests.
